Kristof Szanto

Accredited Practising Dietitian · Advanced Sports Dietitian

Kristof is the founder and owner of STRIVE Performance Dietetics in Sydney. He leads a team of sports dietitians at a high-performance nutrition clinic, with a focus on developing Australia’s next generation of world champions.

He specialises in combat sports, weight-making athletes and youth athlete development. His work combines evidence-based nutrition with practical strategies to help athletes fuel their training, recover and prepare for competition.

Across elite sport, education and performance testing, Kristof helps athletes build nutrition habits that support them throughout their careers.

Prepare for your Sydney appointment

STRIVE asks visitors to wear comfortable clothing without metal and to avoid heavy meals before a DEXA scan. Ask its team for the instructions for your booking, especially if it also includes an RMR test.

If your GP requested diagnostic bone density testing, confirm that the appointment provides the requested examination. Body composition scanning does not automatically include a diagnostic hip and spine assessment.
